I am a hospitality professional and highly experienced manager. My degree is in Marketing Management with French. I have also gained invaluable experience in the set up and launch of my own restaurant in London.
My aim now is to move away from 'direct catering' and see more of what's out therein the world, and feel that by combining various nationalities together is the way forward to help us all gain a better understanding of how it all works - or should work.
I would relish a career with a company that has a global future and one from which I can personally grow and further develop my skills in. I would be keen to work in events, and somewhere where I can see achievements that are to the benefit of others too. Having trained and supervised alot throughtout my career I also see myself as a patient, dedicated and good leader, taking great pleasure when witnessing my trainees exceed.
I would now like to learn another language, I am a native English speaker with a high command of the French language too, and Mandarin is my next challenge.
