Hello, 

My name is Benoit Lacoste, i'm a 33 years old French native speaker living for two year in China.



After technical studies in France, I've been studying Aerospace engineering ( Beng) for three years in England, this experience gave me a deep understanding of the importance of cultural background. There, with the influence of some friends,  i also learned about Chinese culture and developed the idea of living there someday. 



After my studies in England i have been hired at Airbus Industries in Toulouse, responsible of the Supply Chain coordination between the A330/A340 Aircraft Final assembly line and Engine manufacturers and Wings production units. There i've learned how to get internal customer's satisfaction, monitor delivery performances, implement customer satisfaction surveys, during the many logistic crisis we passed through i used to implement daily management meetings with internal customers and suppliers and i developed a pragmatic and "hand on" capability of solving problems.

After seven years in this company i felt it was "now or never" the time for me to go to China to study chinese language and get some new experiences, i found a job in Yichun university , in Jiangxi where i'm working  as French language teacher for nearly two years now.



I like most to work with people from other cultures because it's a very good way to learn about yourself and it's very demanding in term of understanding, humility and patience. I believe in honesty and sense of responsibility.



My personal career goal is to go on practicing Chinese language and to broaden my array of competence in either a Logistic manager position or in a Customer relation/support position. My ultimate goal being achieving a management position in the customer support or the field service branch of an aeronautic company.
