PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

I was employed as an IT specialist at Victor Buyck Steel Construction, a Belgium based fabricator, fifth biggest fabricator in Europe, one of the biggest in Malaysia/South East Asia, since 2004. I was soon promoted to ICT Manager and in charge of ICT department and reporting directly to the Managing Director.



As the Head of Department: 

•	I review, improve, upgrade and maintain all the CNC machines such as FICEP, DAMA, HGG and Voortman. I must ensure our company is the most efficient and cost effective steel structure manufacturer at all time.

•	I represented the company to visit Voortman office located at the Netherlands for the recent CNC machine purchase and arrange for the CNC machine operator’s  training as well as technology transfer

•	I design the CNC machine layout to make use of the existing land shape to achieve acceptable maximum efficiency. Besides I also oversee the machine installation progress.

•	I oversee all the IT related issues but not limited to hardware/software maintenance, upgrade, develop and purchase. 

•	I in charge of the budget control, software licensing for IT department. 

•	I design for the company information distribution system, disaster preventive measure etc. 

•	I report and advice the management regarding the necessary upgrade from time to time.

•	I am an internal ISO9001:2000 auditor

•	ITIL design and deployment



I have just finished my CCNA course, and I am on my way to complete the CCNA exam. Meanwhile I am setting up the VPN and firewall for my company.

I am ITIL ver 3.0 certified
