In my 15 years of the industry I have gained tremendous skill and experiences in managing IT department and all IT projects. I have also in-depth skill in designing and developing web applications.



What make me truly valuable to a company is my analytical mind, flexible to fit into new culture, able to communicate to staffs at all level and my goal orientated mentality. That was why I have always been promoted to head the IT department in all the companies I have worked. 



I have temporary worked part-time to assist my wife to look after our two young children. She is now able to cope effectively on her own. Hence I am now eager join in the work force.



My personal career goal was to put my managing and software design skills to bring an IT company or department to a world recognized level in term of quality of service at the same time cater to the needs of the company, customers and staffs.
