  • 申报人刘华兴,获得英国皇家工程院大奖,美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校硕士,英国剑桥大学博士,清华大学微电子专业,2016海外博士江苏行创业大赛一等奖,2017年重庆创新创业大赛一等奖,2018美国硅谷创新创业大赛得主,致力于打造中国本土最具竞争力的北斗芯片,在多模及组合导航领域有独特创见,科技部创新人才。刘华兴先生拥有近 17 年的北斗经验,是中国最早一批进入北斗领域的技术专家。是中国三个进入欧洲航天局的专家之一,这GALILEO系统接入中国的第一人,对俄罗斯GLONASS有深入的研究,北斗,GALILEO,GPS都是码分多址CDMA的系统在抗击干扰方面的确不如俄罗斯系统,俄罗斯系统是频分多址FDMA,一是卫星发射频率不同一是卫星发射频率不同。GPS的卫星信号采用码分多址体制,每颗卫星的信号频率和调制方式相同,不同卫星的信号靠不同的伪码区分。而GLONASS采用频分多址体制,卫星靠频率不同来区分,每组频率的伪随机码相同。由于卫星发射的载波频率不同,GLONASS可以防止整个卫星导航系统同时被敌方干扰,因而,具有更强的抗干扰能力。二是坐标系不同。GPS使用世界大地坐标系(WGS-84),而GLONASS使用前苏联地心坐标系(PE-90)。三是时间标准不同,由于这些不同的原因,过去曾经有人整合过系统,但是整合的效果非常不好,因此在这方面,我是做到了一个比较理想的程度,我是第一个把北斗应用到港口领域,创建港口电子航道图,我在国际海事卫星组织工作期间,我对北极航道的开发利用,和中国商船走北极航道作出了重要的贡献,为山东服务.我的项目对济南有两大贡献: 1.对济南修建地铁,泉脉走向进行可视化规避,有非常大的帮助2.对济南修建中国规模最大的超算中心优化计算有很大的帮助 Liu Huaxing, the declarer, won the Royal Academy Award (9 people in the world, only one in China), the master of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, the University of Cambridge, the Tsinghua University, the Tsinghua University microelectronics, the first prize of the 2016 overseas PhD Jiangsu entrepreneurship competition, and the first prize of the 2017 innovation and entrepreneurship competition, Chief expert of integrated navigation solution of international mobile satellite (formerly advanced expert on navigation and positioning of INMARSAT). We are committed to creating the most competitive Beidou chip in China. It has a unique creation in the field of multi-mode and integrated navigation. It is a special expert of the National Overseas Chinese experts Advisory Committee, and the innovation talent of the Ministry of science and technology. Mr. Liu Huaxing has nearly 17 years of experience in Beidou, and is the first batch of technical experts to enter Beidou field in China. It is one of the three Chinese experts who have entered the European Space Agency. The GALILEO system has access to the first person in China and has an in-depth study of Russian GLONASS. The system of Beidou, GALILEO, and GPS are all not inferior to the Russian system in the resistance to interference. The Russian system is a frequency division multiple access FDMA, and the other is the satellite launch frequency. The difference of the rate is that the satellite launch frequency is different. The satellite signal of GPS adopts code division multiple access system. Each satellite has the same signal frequency and modulation mode, and the signals of different satellites are distinguished by different pseudo-random codes. GLONASS adopts frequency division multiple access system, and satellites are distinguished by frequency. The pseudo random codes of each frequency are the same. Because the carrier frequency of the satellite is different, the GLONASS can prevent the whole satellite navigation system from being interfered by the enemy at the same time. Therefore, it has a stronger anti-jamming capability. The two is that the coordinate system is different. GPS uses the world geodetic coordinate system (WGS-84), while GLONASS uses the former Soviet geocentric coordinate system (PE-90).
