新能源电动汽车项目。本项目根据海汇集团战略规划，拟在山东省莒县日照路和莒州北路交叉口东北角新征土地2361.3亩，在此区域内进行汽车产业布局，生产纯电动环卫车、电动物流车及低速电动乘用车三大系列产品，总产能达到30万辆。本项目根据生产产品及纲领和工艺要求，对厂区进行整体规划，新建原材料车间、冲压车间、焊装车间、涂装车间、电动车总装车间为低速电动乘用车生产区域；新建环卫车制作车间、物流车车厢制作车间、物流车装厢车间等，作为电动环卫车及电动物流车生产区域；厂区西南角新建产品营销及售后服务大厅及停车场。

According to Haihui group‘s strategic planning, this project is proposed to purchase 2.3613 thousand mu of land in the northeast corner of the intersection of Shandong Province, Juxian Rizhao road and Juzhou north road. The project plans to carry out the automotive industry layout in this area, producing three series products: pure electric sanitation vehicles, electric logistics vehicles and low-speed electric passenger cars, with a total capacity of 300 thousand. Based on the product program and process requirements, this project need make a overall planning of the plant area, build new raw material workshop, punching workshop, welding workshop, painting workshop, assembly workshop for electric vehicle low-speed electric passenger car production area; and sanitation truck production workshop, logistics car compartment production workshop, logistics car loading workshop, etc., as the electric sanitation vehicle and electric logistics vehicle production area. In addition, the southwest corner of the plant need new product marketing and after-sale service hall and parking lot.
