职位描述

1、学习引进国外先进生物育种技术，培育四抗一优（抗寒、抗旱、抗虫、抗盐碱）拥有自我知识产权的国际先进品种；
2、引进101-14、5BB、1103P等国外无病毒多抗性砧木；
3、引进国外鲜食品种、酿酒无病毒品种品系接穗；
4、嫁接砧木长度在30-50cm，利用进口的葡萄Ω型嫁接机离体嫁接，采用外国先进温湿自动调控技术，实现工厂化育苗，并形成规范的配套技术。项目的实施，可提高苗木的抗寒、抗旱、抗盐碱、抗根瘤蚜、抗根结线虫病等方面的能力，提高果品质量、降低生产管理成本，提高经济效益。
1. Learn to introduce advanced foreign biological breeding technology, cultivate four-resistance (cold resistance, drought resistance, insect resistance and salinity and alkalinity resistance)and one-optimization varieties, and own self - intellectual property of the international advanced varieties;
2. The introduction of 101-14, 5BB, 1103P and other foreign virus free multi resistant rootstocks;
3. Introduce foreign fresh varieties and virus free strains of scions;
4. Grafting stock length is 30-50cm. Using imported grape type grafting machine grafting in vitro, and adopting foreign advanced temperature and humidity automatic control technology, to achieve factory breeding, and form standardized matching technology. The implementation of the project, can raise cold resistance, drought resistance, alkali resistance, resistance to phylloxera, resistance to root knot nematode of the seedling, which can improve fruit quality, reduce the cost of production management, and increase economic efficiency.
1、引进国外品种。引进国外鲜食、酿酒葡萄无病毒品种品系，引进国外无病毒砧木品种品系，实现国内葡萄良种无毒化。
2、引进国外技术。聘请国外的专家团队来公司进行葡萄方面技术交流与培训，力争技术达到国际水平。
3、技术推广。对引进的高新技术,通过在公司生产实践中的运用，对出现的问题进行详细分析与具体解决，消化吸收后，在我国葡萄生产上加以推广与应用，推动国内葡萄种植技术不断发展进步。
1. Introduce foreign varieties.Introduce foreign fresh food, wine grape virus free strains, and foreign non viral Rootstock Varieties, to achieve the domestic grape varieties non-toxic.
2. Introduce foreign technology. Employ foreign experts team to carry out technical exchange and training in grape field, and strive to achieve international level.
3. Technology promotion. Through the introduction of new technology and the company’s production practice, the problems can be analyzed and solved. And after digestion and absorption them, the domestic development of grape planting technology improved with popularizing and applying technologies to China's grape production.

山东志昌农业科技发展有限公司是在山东省志昌葡萄研究所的基础上于2015年7月28日成立的，已有三十多年的发展历程。主要从事：苗木繁育及葡萄生产，农业技术研发，果园机械开发与推广。
公司现有员工160人，其中管理人员40人，高级职称11人，中级职称7人，总资产6000万元。公司下设大湖、巨峰两个生产基地共有土地1680亩，葡萄母本园100亩，苗木生产基地1580亩。下辖：山东省志昌葡萄研究所、日照市葡萄工程技术研究中心、莒县葡萄研究所、莒县葡萄协会、莒县志昌果品专业合作社、莒县志昌农资服务部、莒县鑫昌家庭农场、莒县葡萄科技观光采摘园。有鲜食、酿酒葡萄，国外抗性砧木品种共计517个。公司在本省莒南、费县及辽宁、河北、甘肃、新疆等10个省、自治区设立了13个技术协作试验点，有葡萄示范基地面积共计1350公顷。公司先后与中国农科院、中国农业大学、南京农业大学、山东农业大学、泰山学院、齐鲁工业大学等十多处院校建立了长期的业务联系。与德国、法国、意大利、新西兰、澳大利亚、以色列、美国、日本等国家的科研机构，建立了密切的技术协作关系。公司建立葡萄无病毒母本园、采穗圃、苗圃、硬枝嫁接车间、实验室，建成集葡萄无病毒种苗培育、组培快繁、无毒化栽培为一体的综合试验示范基地。
