瀚森园林松柏类苗木培育基地占地500亩，主要从事常绿灌木——小龙柏的培育及种植技术科研工作。现培育有小龙柏350余万株，是我国北方地区规模较大的专业技术培育基地,急需专家在病虫害防治方面进行指导。
The company’s pine and cypress seedlings cultivation base covers an area of 500 acres, mainly engaged in evergreen shrubs -- small cypresses cultivation and related scientific research work. Now it has cultivated more than 350 million dragons, which is a large-scale professional and technical training base in China’s  northern region, and is in urgent need of experts in the pest control aspects of guidance.

需要解决问题：1.原材料（幼苗）在培育初期提升抗旱与抗旱能力的措施。2.苗木在反季节栽植中病虫害防治的药物预防措施,南方树种的北方培育一级盐碱地苗木培育改良技术。3.苗木反季节栽植技术。4. 苗木反季节栽植快速返青及生根技术。
Problems needed solving: 1. Raw materials (seedlings) enhance drought  resistance and drought resistance measures in the initial stage of cultivation. 2. Seedling drug prevention measures of pest control in the anti-season planting, and improvement of seedling cultivation techniques for primary cultivation of Southern tree species in northern China. 3. Seedling anti-season planting technology. 4. Seedling anti-season planting and fast turn green and rooting technology.
