 诸城市曙光车桥有限责任公司系上市公司--辽宁曙光汽车集团的全资子公司，成立于1997年，公司位于诸城市北环路491号，国家级中型工业企业，2003年在诸城市经济开发区征地100余亩，厂房面积55亩，2016年产销车桥20万只，实现主营业务收入3.4亿元。
　　公司主要生产汽车、工程车后桥及配件，主导产品为7大系列，100多个品种的后桥总成产品，产品涵盖轻型卡车、中重型工程车和载重货车系列车桥。公司现有职工400余人，其中各类工程技术人员60人。拥有较强的后桥设计开发实力，跟踪国内汽车行业的发展方向，学习吸收世界先进技术，不断提升自己的产品研发能力，使产品始终处于同行业先进水平。于2008年通过TS16949质量体系认证，产品覆盖福田、江淮、长安、奇瑞等市场。

The company was established in 1997, located in Zhuchen with the factory area over 100 mu. The sales amount of axles  totaled to 200 thousand and the toal income of the major business reached 340 million yuan in 2016.
The company main products are automobiles, engineering vehicles, rear axles and accessories. The leading products include 7 major series with more than 100 varieties of rear axle assembly products. Products cover light trucks, medium and heavy engineering vehicles and truck series axles. The company has more than 400 employees, out of which 60 are Engineering technicians major in different fields. It has a strong rear axle design and development capabilities.
